We’re sad to see you go, but canceling is simple. Just visit your account settings in the app, tap "Manage Subscription," and follow the prompts. If you change your mind, we’ll be here with open arms!

Daily Truth is a short Scripture delivered to you each day inside the Uplift app. You can read or listen to it, and either way, it’s a simple, powerful way to start your day grounded in God’s Word!

How long are the Daily Truth messages?

They’re quick and easy—you can usually listen in under a minute. Just one verse a day will help you reset, refocus, and carry truth with you.

How can Daily Truth help me in my daily life?

One verse can shift your whole perspective! Daily Truth keeps God’s Word front and center—so you’re not just reacting to life, you’re responding from a place of peace, faith, and purpose.

Can I revisit past Daily Truth messages?

Yes! If a verse speaks to you, click the heart icon to save it to your favorites. You can go back and read or listen again anytime!

Can I listen to Pep Talks more than once?


Absolutely. If a Pep Talk speaks to you, save it and come back to it anytime. Some truths are worth having on repeat.

How long are the Pep Talk messages?


They’re quick—usually just between 1-3 minutes long. Short enough to fit into your day, powerful enough to shift it.
